PipingRock Myrrh & Frankincense Oil in Bangladesh
At first glance, the frankincense tree appears plain and indistinguishable from the arid lands that surround it. It has the appearance of an oversized shrub, with thick, twisting branches and a canopy of narrow leaves dotted with small white flowers. Though the frankincense tree appears to be ordinary, beneath its bark is one of the world’s great treasures. When the bark is cut, milky-white resin droplets (called “pearls”) seep out and harden into the orange gum known as frankincense.
